These terms cover booking a Cork & Comfort in-home wine education night. By booking, you agree to them.

The service

Cork & Comfort provides sommelier-led wine education nights at private homes in Dallas–Fort Worth and South Oklahoma: guided tasting, blind-tasting games, glassware, scorecards, and prizes. Each night runs about three hours, including setup and teardown.

Booking & deposit

Your date is locked in with a 50% deposit, paid through our booking form.
The remaining balance is due on or before the night of your event.
Deposits are non-refundable within 7 days of your event; rescheduling is handled case by case — talk to us and we'll work it out.

Guests & conduct

All guests must be 21 or older. We may check IDs.
Please drink responsibly. We can slow or stop service for anyone who's had enough — no arguments, no hard feelings.
The host is responsible for the behavior of their guests and for any damage to equipment or glassware beyond normal use.

Cancellations

Life happens. Cancel more than 7 days out and your deposit becomes credit toward a rescheduled night. Inside 7 days, the deposit is forfeited. If we have to cancel, you get a full refund or a new date — your pick.

Liability

To the extent allowed by Texas law, Cork & Comfort isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your event. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas.

Note: these are standard booking terms. A full service agreement is signed at booking time — if anything here conflicts with that agreement, the agreement wins.
