Cork & Comfort ("we") runs in-home wine education nights in Dallas–Fort Worth. This policy explains what information we collect and what we do with it. Short version: we collect what we need to book and run your night, and we don't sell your data.

Information we collect

• Booking inquiries: when you fill out our booking form, we receive your name, email, phone number, event date, location, and group size. The form is processed by Jotform and payments by Square.
• Emails: if you write to book@corkandcomfort.com, we keep your message so we can respond.
• Analytics (only with your consent): if you accept cookies, Google Analytics measures anonymous site usage with IP anonymization on. Decline, and nothing is measured.
• Cookie preference: your accept/decline choice is stored in your own browser (localStorage) so we don't ask you twice.

Cookies

Our booking form embed (Jotform) may set its own cookies to make the form work. Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can clear cookies any time in your browser settings.

How we use it

• To respond to inquiries and book your night.
• To run the business: scheduling, deposits, and follow-up.
• To understand (in aggregate) how the website is used, when you've consented.

Sharing

We share data only with the services that run the site: Jotform (forms), Square (payments), Google (analytics, if consented), and Netlify (hosting). We never sell your personal information.

Your rights

Write to book@corkandcomfort.com any time to ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted.

Age

Our events are 21+. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.

If this policy changes, we'll update the date above.
